For Referring organisations
A 'Typology' of new rough sleepers in Tower Hamlets and Hackney was developed as part of the No First Night Out research project conducted in 2015 and 2018. It is used to target people at risk of rough sleeping for the NFNO project.

Please note: To be eligible for the NFNO project, clients must have a local connection to either Tower Hamlets or the City of London; have recourse to public funds; and have no significant history of rough sleeping. We are unable accept self-referrals.

No First Night Out 'Memorandum of Understanding'
The purpose of the MOU is to record the basis upon which the organisations who make up the NFNO Partnership Group will work with the local authorities involved - City of London, Tower Hamlets, and previously Hackney - to assist in the successful delivery of the MHCLG Rough Sleeping Grant-funded project, No First Night Out.
It reflects our joint commitment to working together to deliver homelessness prevention services to those that risk of rough sleeping for the first time through the No First Night Out project.

No First Night Out Partnership Group Terms of Reference
The Partnership Group is an operational body with responsibility for delivering the objectives set out in the NFNO Memorandum of Understanding. Accountability for the project remains with the NFNO Steering Group, so the purpose of the Partnership Group is to ensure that a strategic coalition of services exists that can reasonably expect to meet the objectives of the project.
