No First Night Out 'Memorandum of Understanding'
The purpose of the MOU is to record the basis upon which the organisations who make up the NFNO Partnership Group will work with the local authorities involved - City of London, Tower Hamlets, and previously Hackney - to assist in the successful delivery of the MHCLG Rough Sleeping Grant-funded project, No First Night Out.
It reflects our joint commitment to working together to deliver homelessness prevention services to those that risk of rough sleeping for the first time through the No First Night Out project.

No First Night Out Partnership Group Terms of Reference
